Crisanta Sampang
Crisanta Sampang is a writer and indie filmmaker. Her written works include Maid in Singapore, a memoir published in 2005, and contributions to two Canadian anthologies, The Act of Writing and Between Interruptions: Thirty Women Tell the Secrets of Motherhood. Crisanta is currently editing The Opsal, a documentary on heritage building preservation as well as writing a feature script funded through a Banff Film and TV Festival competition. Crisanta regularly contributes articles on immigration to multicultural newspapers in British Columbia and Alberta.
