Johanne Gregory

After having spent many years working and travelling overseas, Johanne Gregory is now a resident of West Vancouver British Columbia. She is an Honours graduate of the Faculty of Arts at Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario) and the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, B.C.). On the legal side, she has been a consultant, a business development officer, a university and college instructor and a legal text editor. Her eclectic and varied resume also includes experience as a free-lance journalist in general, with a particular emphasis on non-fiction law and economics related articles, in particular. With an eye to translating a passion for film into a lucrative and rewarding career, Johanne completed (with distinction) Langara College’s Film Arts certificate program in 2008. Her filmography includes having written and produced 4 short films. She is presently active as ‘co- producer’ on the feature film ‘Rain Down’ and was appointed to Cineworks’ board of directors in June 2009.
